Pujara.

I write the spec and the pull request.

I'm an engineer who got hooked on the why, not just the how. Now I'm in the user calls and the codebase in the same afternoon. Off the clock, I'm chasing badminton tournaments across the US and watching way too many K-dramas.

about

Builder, badminton player, cat dad.

Hi! I’m Sailesh. I am a builder 🛠️, a competitive badminton player 🏸, a K-drama binge-watcher 📺, a snowboarder 🏂, a traveler ✈️, and a cat dad to three very spoiled cats 🐱. I care deeply about making technology that actually helps people, not just ships features.

As a product-focused software engineer, I specialize in building full-stack applications that solve real problems for real users. I’ve spent 3 years shipping products used by 50,000+ people, and my best work has always been at the intersection of engineering and product: talking to users, writing specs, prioritizing roadmaps, and figuring out what to build next.

When I’m not building products, you’ll find me chasing shuttlecocks at tournaments across the US, traveling with my wife, snowboarding with friends, or being lazy on the couch watching K-dramas with our cats.

Duo

AI-powered couples finance app

When my wife and I got married, no app handled 'yours, mine, and ours.' Every solution either forced us to merge accounts or created awkward IOUs. So I built one. Duo lets couples toggle transactions between Personal and Joint with one tap.

CourtOps

Live tournament-day operations tool

Bracket software builds the draw and goes quiet the moment the tournament starts. CourtOps runs the part that breaks down on the day: which court is free, who plays next, what is running behind. The organizer fixes one exception and the floor plan, the schedule, and every affected player's phone update together in real time.

MindGarden

Gamified AI wellness app

87 teams. 24 hours. My team built MindGarden, where daily habits grow a virtual garden powered by 5 AI agents delivering CBT insights via sentiment analysis. We placed in the top 3% and shipped a working prototype to judges.

In practice

On Duo, I ran the user interviews, wrote the PRD, designed the app, and shipped it myself. Most teams split that across three people. I like doing all of it.

Let's build something people actually use.

Actively looking for my first PM role. I bring engineering depth, fast iteration, and a real obsession with the problems users actually have.
